Appointment
Policy Hours are by appointment
only. Our hours are as follows: Monday: 8:30am to
6pm Tuesday: 9:00am to
7pm Wednesday: 8:30am to
6pm Thursday: 9:00am to
7pm Friday: 8:30am to 6pm Saturday: 8:30am to
12pm
With the exception of
emergencies, appointments are not seen between the hours of 12 noon
and 3pm. This time is reserved for outpatient procedures,
hospitalized cases, patient visitation and client
communication. |
Payment Policy We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit ,cash and personal checks. |

Patient Arrival Policy For your protection, and that of others, all dogs
must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting
area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate
cat carrier or on a leash. |
Prescription Policy We have a full service pharmacy available on site. When requesting a refill, clients are encouraged to call 24 hours in advance. The best time to pick up presciptions is between 12 noon and 3pm, when the office is least busy; however, prescriptions can be filled and picked up during all normal business hours. Should your pet need a special medication that we do not stock or prefers a flavored medication, we will refer you to our online store. A link to that store can be found at the bottom of our home page. We do deserve the right to decline perscription requests for animals that have not been seen by one of our doctors within the preceding 12 months. |
