We try to anticipate questions you might have about our INVENTORY/SERVICES and provide the answers here.
1.

CAN I PICK UP MY PET ON SUNDAY?

Although staff is on duty taking care of the pets in the hospital, pets will not be admitted or discharged on Sunday.

2.

WILL YOU BILL ME FOR SERVICES?

Our policy is that payment is expected at the time the services are rendered. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal checks and cash. We also offer CareCredit a special way to help deal with unexpected veterinary costs. We will gladly provide you with an estimate of charges prior to the services being performed.

3.

CAN I VISIT MY PET IN THE HOSPITAL?

Owner's are permitted to visit their hospitalized pets at the discretion of the Doctor. In some cases a pet that sees their owner expects to be going home and when he or she does not it can be upsetting for them. There are numerous situations; however, where a family visit may be just what the Doctor ordered. All visits need to be scheduled in advance.

4. WHY WAS MY REQUEST FOR A PRODUCT I WANTED TO PURCHASE FROM AN       ONLINE PHARMACY DENIED?

When we are asked to OK a request we first check the pet's medical record to acertain if the patient is (a) a current, active patient of the practice (b) the patient has a recent history of being treated for the condition for which the perscription is being requested and (c) in the case of heartworm preventatives, the pet has a current heartworm test or we have irrefutable evidence that the pet has been on heartworm preventative without interruption since the last heartworm test. These precautions are taken to insure the well being of your pet.
