Dr. Patrick Robbins

I’m originally from Berwyn, PA and went to college in Lancaster at Franklin and Marshall College. I spent my free time training and studying Capuchin and Squirrel monkeys while earning a BS in Biology. Throughout college, I worked at Penn Vet Working Dog Center, training working dogs for potential careers in search and rescue, law enforcement, or narcotics detection while also performing individual research projects in sports medicine and olfaction. I finally fulfilled my dream of joining Penn Vet as a veterinary student in 2016.

I enjoy hiking with my dog Dawkins, golfing, and watching Philly sports. I have special interests in surgery, canine fitness, and developing the human-animal bond. I currently live in West Chester with my wife, Sam (who is also a veterinarian), our cat Lester (who is a pain), and Dawkins (who is perfect).
