Kayla (she/her) worked at Banfield as a CSR for 4 years and cross trained as a tech within her last year there. She also works as a full-time tech at another hospital. She enjoys being able to help with the recovery in sick pets. In her free time she likes to read or cuddle with her dog, Miley.
